Founding Partner

A Post Graduate from XLRI in Human Resource Management, Bhavini is a Founding Partner at Array Consulting Works. Prior to Array, Bhavini has over 7 years of experience in the corporate world. At Array she focuses on managing talent acquisition, business relationship, employee relations, leadership excellence & organizational behavior for our key clients

Deepak Mishra

Head Recruitment

Deepak comes with over 26 years of experience spread across a wide range of industries. He has graduated from BIT, Mesra in 1992 and has held several leadership positions in past. His core area of focus has been training, coaching, sales and consultancy. Currently he performs as a consultant trainer and a visiting faculty member on Customer Relationship Management for various Management institute in the eastern India. He is also the Founder Director of PeopleBridge IT, a skill development institute which was awarded the ‘Global Education Excellence Award’, 2016. Deepak is also a Six Sigma Green Belt holder and is the Director at Indian Institute of Hardware and Technology. Outside work Deepak is involved in several major charities and is an active member of CRY and SOS Children Villages of India.

Deepak Bhattacharya

Recruiter, Kolkata

An MBA from Pune University, 1999 batch, Deepak has worked with leading organizations like HL, TTK, Gillette, Kodak, Airtel and Tata. He is a successful team leader, aspirational motivator and effective trainer for his approach and ability to make tough subject simple. Currently he trains budding young professionals and support startup firms as management consultant. In past Deepak has been an active sports person and has also represented India in under 16 cricket tournament. In his free time, he likes watching sports and catching up on the latest updates.
